Indemnity Agreement

Participant Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement By proceeding with registration for Run for Inclusion (RFI) 2026, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. I am participating in RFI 2026 voluntarily and at my own risk. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely taking part in the event. 2. I acknowledge that running and related activities carry inherent risks of injury, and I assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or arising from the event. 3. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Runninghour (Runninghour Co-operative Limited), its organisers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my participation in RFI 2026. 4. I consent to the use of my name, photograph, and video footage taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and media purposes by Runninghour. 5. I agree to comply with all event rules, instructions from event officials, and applicable laws and regulations. 6. I confirm that the information provided during registration is true and accurate.
